Delivery & payment

A manager confirms your order by phone or WhatsApp: they will check availability, agree on the price and pickup details, and then pass the order into processing.

Delivery across Almaty

• Delivery across Almaty is arranged by you: order a courier from a service you prefer — they will collect the order from the UrbanLine store you choose.
• Delivery cost and timing follow the rates of the courier service you select.
• Tobacco products are sold only to persons aged 21 or older — an ID may be requested when the order is handed over.

Pickup

Collect your order from any UrbanLine store. Daily 11:00–23:00. Aksai 3, building 7 — until 23:30. Just pick a convenient address at checkout or message the specific store on WhatsApp.

Payment methods

Kaspi bill

We will issue a bill in the Kaspi app once your order is confirmed.

Kaspi Gold card

A transfer to any Kaspi Gold card.

Cash

With pickup, you pay at the store when you receive your order.
